Mike Huckabee responds to the GOP attacks on his campaign. Why do the GOP long-time “Politicians” hate and fear Mike so much?

Perhaps they disagree completely with Huckabee that Presidents and/or the GOP “aren’t elected to the ruling class, you’re elected to the servant class” The GOP prefers a view of Kingly “Coronation” and Lordship over the serfdom.
