Will McCain try and reach out to conservatives or will GOP snub its base yet again?

Steve Holland wrote that to the GOP, “Mike Huckabee is considered too inexperienced to be a heartbeat away from the presidency.” A strange word (inexperienced) to use for the man who is actually more experienced than the other candidates that were mentioned. The TRUE reason is that the GOP would rather see Clinton or Obama president over any chance of Mike Huckabee becoming President if anything would happen to McCain, considering he will be the oldest President.

The GOP is all about aristocracy, they consider themselves the “Ruling Class”, the “Skull & Bones” club with inherited wealth and power. They will do their best to not allow anyone passage to the Presidency who is not one of them or who will not be happy to be their puppet. Mike Huckabee has shown that he is a man of conviction, a man of principles, a man of his word. The GOP wants nothing to do with him.

Huckabee has said in a 4-10-08 conference-call that the McCain campaign has not even notified him that he’s on their list of running-mates considered. I am certain that Mike Huckabee is not on their list, the only way this may change is if they feel they will certainly lose without him and if they feel they can ‘rein him in’ quickly and make him their puppet. You can read the pathetic doublespeak about Huckabee yourself at http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20080411/pl_nm/usa_politics_mccain_vp_dc

Mike Huckabee has always been very respectful towards McCain and has stated that conservatives should support him because Barack Hussein Obama and Hillary Rodham Clinton will take the country completely in the opposite direction we want it. McCain though, has yet to return the favors and give true conservatives everywhere even a hint that he is considering Mike Huckabee as his VP running-mate.
